About Us

Ashbourne Upholstery is a family run business founded by the current owner Stuart Grimshaw. The company started its life in humble beginnings in a neighbours garage! And now boasts a 13,500 sq ft building including workshops, offices, storage and a 4000 sq ft showroom where customers can come along and view samples of our bespoke upholstered furniture.

Ashbourne Upholstery, based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, are a member of the Association of Master Upholsterers. We are proud of this status and are keen to maintain the highest standards of work and good business practice that it symbolises. The Proprietor, Stuart Grimshaw is a skilled craftsman with over 25 years experience in the upholstery industry. Our team are skilled and trained to the highest standards and we pride ourselves on providing top quality workmanship. Our excellent reputation has lead us to establish long term contracts with many companies including Argos, IKEA and Littlewoods. We aim to build continuing relationships with all of our customers by providing a service that is reliable, efficient and professional.
